The Oceana 800 from Beam Communications is an all-in-one communications terminal designed for maritime users. The Oceana 800 features an RJ11/POTS interface which can connect up to five phones (corded or cordless) or integrate with a PABX system.
The Oceana has a built in GPS engine which means that users can provide tracking information via SMS or e-mail with a single button press. Equipped with an intelligent colour LCD, the Oceana 800 allows for sending and receiving of SMS or the checking of phonebook entries.
Designed for Maritime use, the Oceana 800 is designed for use with the Inmarsat FleetPhone service and comes with a maritime active antenna. This allows for a dedicated, integrated solution that will meet all of your basic communication needs. The Oceana 800 supports 505 emergency calls.
