Inmarsat BGAN I-4 Satellite Coverage & Repositioning
Inmarsat BGAN will be available on a global basis and service performance will be optimized once Inmarsat has completed the process of repositioning its I-4 satellites.
Coverage
Please refer to the coverage maps below to see where service is available throughout the satellite repositioning process and the corresponding dates.
Please note there will be two short service outages while the I-4 satellites are repositioned. This will affect a small number of BGAN users in restricted locations.

Inmarsat recognizes the inconvenience that may be caused by the service outages and will therefore be providing assistance to affected users. Please contact Satellite Phone Store for assistance in getting alternative Broadband or Telephony connectivity.
BGAN LaunchPad
Users will need to re-point their terminals to the new satellite locations. A new version of BGAN LaunchPad, now available, depicts the change in coverage as it occurs throughout the satellite repositioning process.
