Details of Service

• Unused Monthly Voice minute allowances do not roll over.
• Usage will be invoiced or deducted from the allowance in increments of 1 minute.
• The minimum billable unit is 1 minute.
• Charges are the same on land or sea.
• On activation, subscription fee and/or allowance will be pro-rated for 1st month.
• On deactivation, subscription fee and/or allowance are not pro-rated.
• If SIM is suspended, a Subscription fee will continue to be charged.

• 2.4 kbps fax/2.4 kbps Data is available and we recommend you use it with SPSMail.

Making a Prepaid Balance Enquiry From the main screen enter your balance enquiry code, *106# and press the green key . Your current balance and expiry date will be shown on the screen.
Redeeming a Prepaid Voucher: From the main screen enter the top-up code, *101*Voucher Number#. Example: *101*1234567890123456# and press the green key. Your new balance and expiry date will be shown on the screen.

SCAP Plan Information

• The Allowance SCAP Plan is available for both the Inmarsat IsatPhone Pro and Inmarsat IsatPhone Link devices.
• The Enhanced SCAP Plan is only available for the Inmarsat IsatPhone Pro
• Call rates are the same throughout all SCAP Plans
• A SCAP allows the sharing of a full money bundle amongst a group of SIMs with any SIM using as much of the allowance as required during the month
• SCAP allowance for MO traffic includes calls to all destinations
• Out of bundle charges apply when in bundle credit is exceeded
• In bundle charges are implied charges
• Allowance is shared between all SIM cards in a SCAP group with any single SIM being able to access the entire available allowance
• Every SCAP plan has a defined maximum number of SIM cards
• The minimum duration period is 12 months for the Allowance SCAP and 24 months for the Enchanced Allowance SCAP
• An Early Termination fee will apply when the last SIM card in a SCAP is cancelled within the minimum duration period
• SCAP allowances are also available on a quarterly or yearly basis
